The main purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a foamed multilayer sheet having a high fungicidal activity. This problem is solved by the provision in accordance with the present disclosure of a foamed multilayer sheet comprising a substrate and a foamed resin layer disposed on one surface side of the substrate, wherein the foamed resin layer contains a resin component and a fungicide, and the fungicide contains a first compound having a 2,4-dichlorophenethyl structure and an imidazole structure and a second compound having a 1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile structure and a 2,2-difluoro-1,3-benzodioxole structure.La présente invention a pour objet de fournir une feuille multicouche expansée présentant une activité fongicide élevée.
