The rice cake cutting device includes: a main frame unit having an end combined with a rice cake discharger to be detachable； a conveyor placed opposite the rice cake discharger with the main frame unit located between the conveyor and the discharger, and discharging cut units of rice cake； a drum installation unit able to be rotated around a rotary shaft overlapped with the main frame unit； and a cutting drum able to be installed in the drum installation unit when the drum installation unit is open, and including a drum housing, a rotary shaft forming the rotation axis of the drum housing, at least one cutter placed outside the rotary shaft in a radial direction and cutting the rice cake into units during the rotation of the rotary shaft, and an installation shaft placed coaxially with the rotary shaft but exposed outside the drum housing.
