In a surgical lighting system, an elevating device is provided to change inclination angles of multiple lighting modules. The elevating device includes a carrier, a driving module and an elevating platform movably coupled to the carrier. The driving module includes a rotation plate, a driving plate and a link rod, the rotation plate and the driving plate are rotatably disposed on the carrier, and two ends of the link rod are pivoted on the rotation plate and the driving plate respectively. The rotation plate has at least one driven portion. Rotating the driving plate to drive the rotation plate in rotation via the link rod can lead a first pushing portion, a second pushing portion or a bevel of the driving portion to selectively contact the elevating platform, such that the elevating platform can rise or fall between a first position and a second position.
