PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic cultivation system capable of improving the quality of plants such as taste and nutritional value and also capable of reducing equipment costs and running costs, and a cultivation method using the same.SOLUTION: The hydroponic culture system which cultivates plants, is provided with a plurality of cultivation plates in a cultivation tank, and comprises a growth cultivation tank provided with a growth nutrient solution and a pre-harvest cultivation tank provided with a pre-harvest nutrient solution, and a bridge part bridging the growth cultivation tank and the pre-harvest cultivation tank.
