PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrient solution cultivation method which reduces the costs of a medium, improves the physical properties of a nutrient solution medium, and allows plants to grow in a more ideal state.SOLUTION: An exchange medium 1A for newly replacing a medium after plants have been planted and grown and a base medium 1B with excellent water holding capacity layered beneath the exchange medium 1A are used in the nutrient solution medium 1 of the plants. A root cutting sheet 3 is placed between the exchange medium 1A and the base medium 1B which prevents the roots of the plants in the exchange medium 1A from intruding into the base medium 1B. After a fixed period of time, while leaving the base medium 1B, only the exchange medium 1A is replaced and the plants are planted in the new exchange medium 1A and cultivated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】培地の経費を削減して養液培地の物性を改善し、植物をより理想的な状態で生育する養液栽培方法を提供する。【解決手段】植物の養液培地1に、植物を植え付けして生育させた後に新しい培地に入れ替える交換培地1Aと、交換培地1Aの下に積層している優れた保水性のベース培地1Bとを使用し、交換培地1Aとベース培地1Bとの間には根切りシート3を配置して、交換培地1Aの植物の根がベース培地1Bに侵入するのを阻止し、一定の期間経過した後、ベース培地1Bを残して、交換培地1Aのみを入れ替えて新しい交換培地1Aに植物を植え付けして栽培する。【選択図】図2
