PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixing apparatus loosening a plurality of food materials into pieces, well mixing them and being finished into a high quality state in a device for mixing a plurality of food materials in a mixing pot.SOLUTION: This food material mixing apparatus is provided with a stirrer 3 for stirring the food materials in the mixing pot 2 which reciprocatingly swings around a pot support shaft 1 and mixes the plurality of stored food materials. The mixing pot 2 reciprocatingly swings around the pot support shaft 1 through a prescribed angle range to stir and mix the plurality of food materials stored in the mixing pot 2. This device stirs and mixes the plurality of food materials stored in the mixing pot 2. The plurality of food materials inside the mixing pot 2 receives a scattering operation by receiving the resistance of the stirrer 3. The food materials are thus prevented from being easily lumped, retained in a favorable scattered state and uniformly mixed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 混合釜内に複数の食材を混合する装置において、複数の食材が解れて且つ良く混合されて品質の良い状態に仕上がる食材混合装置にすることを課題とする。【解決手段】 釜支持軸(1)回りに往復揺動して収容する複数の食材を混合する混合釜(2)内に、食材撹拌用の撹拌棒(3)を設けたことを特徴とする食材混合装置の構成とする。混合釜2を釜支持軸1周りに所定角度域にわたって往復揺動して、この混合釜2に収容する複数の食材を撹拌混合する。混合釜2内部の複数の食材は、撹拌棒3の抵抗を受けて捌き作用を受ける。このため、食材は、塊りになり難く、良好な捌き状態を維持して、均等に混合される。【選択図】 図1
