The present invention discloses an industrial production method for antihypertensive peptides using corn germ protein as raw materials. The invention belongs to the field of food nutrition and biotechnology. The invention uses Alcalase 2.4L, papain and Dispase II to continuously digest corn germ protein, and then obtain corn antihypertensive peptide by centrifugation, ultrafiltration, concentration and spray drying processes. Among the received antihypertensive peptides, the components molecular weight less than 1000 Da accounted for more than 92% and the peptide alanine-tyrosine (Ala-Tyr, AY) accounted for more than 0.6%. The analysis shows that the corn antihypertensive peptides have good activity in vitro ACE inhibitory as well as the stability of temperature, pH and major gastrointestinal digestive enzymes, and a significant effect to lower the blood pressure on essential hypertension rats. Production method of this invention has advantages of high biological activity, low processing costs, large processing capacity and easy for industrial production. The corn antihypertensive peptides produced in this way can be used as new functional nutrients used in food, health food and pharmaceutical development and production, and have broad market prospects.La présente invention porte sur un procédé de production industriel pour des peptides antihypertenseurs utilisant des protéines de germe de maïs comme matières premières.
