The present invention relates to a method for preparing sesame oil, and more specifically, to a method for preparing high-purity sesame oil wherein roasted sesame seeds are provided with steam and an oil is extracted therefrom, and the extracted oil is then filtered twice, and foreign residues are completely removed by means of a third filtration, thereby producing a high-purity sesame oil having a clean taste and a clear golden color.
