PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiation device capable of efficiently executing hardening treatment and sterilization treatment on a treatment object.SOLUTION: An electron beam irradiation device 10 of the present invention comprises a treatment chamber 20 for executing hardening treatment and sterilization treatment on a treatment object 12 with UV-curable ink or varnish printed thereon, an electron beam irradiation means 30 capable of applying an electron beam to the treatment object 12 in the treatment chamber 20, and gas supply and discharge means 40 capable of supplying and discharging hardening treatment gas and sterilization treatment gas to/from the treatment chamber 20.
