PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam irradiation device capable of irradiating uniformly the entire outer surface of an object to be irradiated with electron beams by using a compact low-energy electron accelerator having a small irradiation window, making sterilization levels of portions uniform to maintain high reliability and safety of a sterilization effect, and reducing costs and extending the usage limit (life) of the electron accelerator to suppress initial costs and maintenance costs of the device low.SOLUTION: An electron beam irradiation device includes electron beam irradiation means for forming an electron beam irradiation area, and holding and moving means for holding a part of an object to be irradiated to pass through the electron beam irradiation area.
