PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam sterilization facility capable of sufficiently sterilizing an object to be sterilized. SOLUTION: This is an electron beam sterilization facility 1 for continuously transporting a sterilized object 10 and sterilizing it by irradiation with electron beams 3E and 6E, and discharging the sterilized object 10 with insufficient sterilization. The electron beam sterilization equipment 1 discharges the upstream electron beam sterilizer 3 that sterilizes the sterilization object 10 by irradiation with the electron beam 3E, and the sterilization object 10 that is insufficiently sterilized by the upstream electron beam sterilizer 3. It is provided with an upstream side reject device 4. The electron beam sterilization equipment 1 is a downstream electron beam sterilizer 6 that sterilizes a portion of the sterilization object 10 that has not been irradiated with the electron beam 3E by irradiation with a different electron beam 6E, and a downstream electron beam sterilizer 6.
