PURPOSE: A culture medium composition containing gold ions is provided to be used for cultivating all kinds of mushrooms.CONSTITUTION: A culture medium is manufactured by the following steps: mixing 30 wt% scattered straws (or peel of soybean, sawdust of black oak, sawdust of poplar tree, sawdust of Douglas fir, sawdust of poplar tree), 10 wt% bean-curd dregs, 15 wt% rice bran, 5 wt% dried poultry waste powder, 3 wt% calcium hydroxide powder, 2 wt% plaster powder, 5 wt% cotton, 5 wt% arrow-root root powder, 15 wt% microalgae powder, 15 wt% coffee sediment powder, 5 wt% residue of herb medicine powder diluting 1-10ppm of 20-35nano colloidal gold having concentration of 1000ppm with water 65 wt% of the culture medium weight to make the concentration be 1-10ppm aging the mixture by dispersing and mixing at intervals of two days for 15 days and sterilizing the mixture with steam at 100-120°C for 5-10 hours. A cultivation method using the culture medium comprises the following steps: filling up a plastic bottle or plastic bag with about 700gm of the manufactured culture media and injecting mushroom starters culturing the starters at 20-21°C in 67% humidity for 15-35 days growing at 14-15°C in 85% humidity after germinating at 16-17°C in 95% humidity for 10 days.
