The present invention relates to a polmacoxib-containing injection composition and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: an injection composition in which polmacoxib, which is a poorly water-soluble nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) exhibiting an excellent effect even at a low dose, is solubilized and stabilized in an aqueous solution； and the manufacturing method thereof.
