According to the present invention, the ice cream making system includes: a nitrogen storage tank for storing nitrogen a plurality of ice cream makers for producing ice cream and a nitrogen supply piping system for connecting the nitrogen storage tank with the ice cream makers so that the nitrogen of the nitrogen storage tank is supplied to the ice cream makers, respectively. The nitrogen supply piping system includes a main supply line connected to the nitrogen storage tank and branch supply lines branching from the main supply line and connected to the ice cream makers, respectively. The main supply line and the branch supply lines each include a plurality of unit supply pipes and a connecting device for connecting the unit supply pipes to each other. The unit supply pipe includes an outer tube and an inner tube inserted into the outer tube. The connection device is configured such that an inner tube of a first unit supply pipe among first and second unit supply pipes connected to each other is inserted into an outer tube of the second unit pipe and connected to an inner tube of the second unit pipe.
