The present invention relates to an ice cream making system. The ice cream making system comprises: a nitrogen storage tank for storing nitrogen therein a plurality of ice cream makers for making ice cream and a nitrogen supply piping system for connecting the nitrogen storage tank and the ice cream makers to supply the nitrogen in the nitrogen storage tank to the ice cream makers respectively. The nitrogen supply piping system includes a main supply line connected to the nitrogen storage tank and branch supply lines respectively branched from the main supply lines and connected to the ice cream makers respectively. Each of the main supply line and the branch supply lines includes a plurality of unit supply lines and a connecting device for connecting the unit supply lines to each other. The unit supply line includes an outer tube and an inner tube inserted into the outer tube. The connecting device connects an inner tube of a first unit supply line, among first and second unit supply lines connected to each other, to an inner tube of the second unit supply line to be inserted into an outer tube of the second unit supply line.
