CONNECTOR FOR AGRICULTURAL PIPES, CAPABLE OF EASILY CONNECTING A BRANCH PIPE TO A MAIN HOSE WHILE A MALE SCREW UNIT OF A MAIN BODY IS PREVENTED FROM TWISTING
PURPOSE: A connector for agricultural pipes is provided to increase a transfer distance of a branch pipe connecting member with the nut body regardless of a depth of the nut body in a male screw unit of a main body and to easily connect the branch pipe to a main hose while the male screw unit of the main body is prevented from twisting.CONSTITUTION: A connector for agricultural pipes comprises a main body (11), a branch connecting member (12), and a nut body. One side of the branch connecting member is closely attached to the surface of a main hose (1). A guide groove (12a) supporting both lateral sides of a male screw unit of the main body is formed on the circumferential surface of the branch connecting member. The branch connecting member is inserted into an opening unit of the main body and a branch pipe is connected. The nut body is connected to the male screw unit of the main body and pushes the branch connecting member into an inner side of the main body as one lateral surface supports a protrusion unit of the branch connecting member.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명에 의한 농업용 관체 연결구는 메인호스 상에 설치되어 분기관을 연결하는 것으로 이루어지는 농업용 관체 연결구에 있어서, 일측에 형성된 개구부의 바깥 둘레에 수나사부가 형성되는 본체 한쪽 면에 메인호스의 표면에 밀착되고, 둘레면에 상기 본체의 수나사부의 양측면을 지지하는 가이드홈이 각각 형성됨과 아울러 턱부가 형성되고, 상기 본체의 개구부에 삽입 배치되어 분기관이 연결되는 분기관연결체 상기 분기관연결체의 가이드홈에 배치된 본체의 수나사부와 체결되어 일측면이 상기 분기관연결체의 턱부를 지지하여 상기 분기관연결체를 본체의 안쪽으로 밀어주는 너트체로 이루어진다.따라서 본 발명은 본체의 수나사부의 양측을 지지하도록 분기관연결체의 둘레면에 가이드홈을 형성함과 아울러 본체의 수나사부에 결합되는 너트체로 분기관연결체의 둘레면에 돌출 형성된 턱부를 밀기 때문에, 너트체가 본체의 수나사부에서 너트체의 깊이와 관계없이 분기관연결체의 이동거리를 증대할 수 있고, 분기관연결체의 가이드홈 내에서 본체의 수나사부의 양측이 지지될 수 있어 본체의 수나사부의 비틀림을 방지하면서 메인호스 상에 분기관을 용이하게 연결할 수 있는 등의 효과를 발휘한다.
