PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleating agent composed of calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydride particles, producible at a low cost by using a centrifugal fluidized granulation apparatus or a fluidized layer granulation apparatus, having extremely low reactivity with drugs, useful as a subsidiary material for medicinal preparations, agrochemicals, etc., uniformly coated with a sustained release agent or an enteric coating agent and meeting the Japanese Pharmacopoeia Fifteenth Edition, and to provide a pharmaceutical preparation produced by using the nucleating agent as a nucleus.SOLUTION: A spherical granule of calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydride having an average particle diameter of 15-150 &mum and an angle of repose of &le38° is used as a nucleating agent.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】遠心流動造粒装置または流動層造粒装置を用いて安価に生産でき、薬剤との反応性が極めて少なく、徐放剤や腸溶剤を均質にコートした薬用製剤又は農薬等の副資材として有用であり第十五改正日本薬局法に適合する無水リン酸水素カルシウム粒子からなる核剤、及び該核剤を核とした製剤の提供。【解決手段】15~150μmの平均粒子径を有し、38°以下の安息角を示す球状の無水リン酸水素カルシウム粒子を核剤としてもちいる。【選択図】なし
