The present invention addresses the problem of providing shea olein which can maintain fluidity in a liquid state for a long time at ambient temperature, and in a preferred embodiment, can maintain fluidity in a liquid state for a long time over even a wide temperature range from low temperature to ambient temperature. The problem can be solved by preparing shea olein containing adjusted amounts of constituent components.
