The present invention relates to a process for treating keratin fibres, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair, comprising: 1) a step of applying to the keratin fibres a composition comprising: a) one or more compounds chosen from urea and/or urea derivatives, b) one or more polyols, c) one or more amino silicones, 2) a step of heat treatment of the keratin fibres, the heat treatment step 2) preferably being after step 1). The present invention also relates to a composition that may be used in the process according to the invention.La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement de fibres de kératine, en particulier de fibres de kératine humaines telles que les cheveux, comprenant : 1) une étape d'application, sur les fibres de kératine, d'une composition contenant : a) un ou plusieurs composés choisis parmi l'urée et/ou des dérivés d'urée, b) un ou plusieurs polyols et c) une ou plusieurs silicones aminées, 2) une étape de traitement thermique des fibres de kératine, l'étape de traitement thermique 2) étant, de préférence, mise en œuvre après l'étape 1).
