PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisturizer, an anti-aging agent, an antioxidant, a skin-lightening agent, an anti-inflammatory agent, and an immunity activation agent, for which active ingredients having excellent skin-lightening actions, anti-aging actions or the like are found, and which can be broadly applied to fields of skin external preparations, oral medications and the like.
SOLUTION: An extract of Daphniphyllum macropodum belonging to the Daphniphyllum, genus Daphniphyllaceae, having excellent anti-aging effects and the like is used for a moisturizer, anti-aging agent, antioxidant, skin-lightening agent, anti-inflammatory agent and immunity activation agent. In addition, various compositions exert excellent effects for prevention and improvement of various cutaneous symptoms such as wrinkle, flap, skin supple, macule, dullness by compounding the obtained moisturizer, anti-aging agent, antioxidant, skin-lightening agent, anti-inflammatory agent, immunity activation agent to the skin external preparation, the oral medication or the like.
