To provide anti-aging agents capable of effectively suppressing shortening of telomere and telomere single-stranded protrusion.SOLUTION: An anti-aging agent containing stem cell culture supernatant as an active ingredient and suppressing shortening of the length of at least one of telomere, and G-tail, a telomere single-stranded protrusion is prepared.
