PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent anti-aging agent, antioxidant, skin whitening agent, and immunopotentiator since various naturally derived components have been applied and some of them do not have a sufficient effect, and accordingly the development of a superior component is demanded.
SOLUTION: The component obtained from a plant belonging to the genus Paris in the family Liliaceae excels in an anti-aging effect, an antioxidant effect, a skin whitening effect, and an immunopotentiating effect. Thus, the anti-aging agent, antioxidant, skin whitening agent, and immunopotentiator which contain this component are obtained.
