PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a lifting mechanism, by adjusting timings of impact during stop of a raising seedling box and absorption, without using an electric component such as a limit switch or a solenoid.SOLUTION: When a raising seedling box 19 which is transported collides a clutch operation arm 23, a stopper bar 60 moves against a spring 63. A claw body 53 is released from the stopper bar 60 and is engaged to a ratchet 51, then rotate a rotary plate 52 together, thereby lifting mechanisms 30, 31 are driven. An automatic one rotation clutch 50 is cut by contacting of the claw body 53 to the stopper bar after one rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
