SOLUTION: A seedling vertical feed belt 155 for vertically feeding and moving a seedling mat mounted on a seedling mounting table 51 to a seedling extraction side, a vertical feed drive cam 80b for rotating and operating a seedling vertical feed belt 155, and a vertical feed. For driving the seedling vertical feed belt 155 by swinging at a swing angle corresponding to the swing angle of the first swing member 153 and the first swing member 153 that swing by the rotation of the drive cam 80b. A second swing member 156 that rotates the belt drive shaft 155a in the feed direction, and a swing angle of the first swing member 153 are provided between the first swing member 153 and the second swing member 156.
