PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine transmission for rice transplanter that can contribute to control of the posture of planted seedlings.SOLUTION: An inter-seedling transmission switch mechanism (an inter-seedling transmission) is provided between an input shaft (131) and a planting output shaft (134). With this inter-seedling transmission switch mechanism, it is possible to switch the rotation of the planting output shaft (134) between a uniform velocity and a non-uniform velocity.
