To provide a working implement transmission of a rice transplanter and which is capable of contributing to control of the attitude of a planted seedling.
SOLUTION: The working implement transmission of a rice transplanter is provide with an intrarow spacing transmission switching mechanism (intrarow spacing transmission) ON an input shaft (131) and an idle shaft (132), wherein the rotation of a planting output shaft (134) is allowed to switch to constant velocity/inconstant velocity by the intrarow spacing transmission switching mechanism. When sparse planting and the velocity of the rotation of planting drive is to be inconstant by causing the driving force of the input shaft (131) to drive the planting output shaft (134) through a non-circular gear (36) arranged ON the idle shaft (132) engaged with a gear (28) of the input shaft (131).
