PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorptive patch controlling changes in adhesive characteristic with time and excellent in sustaining slow release of a drug.SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorptive patch 1 is equipped with a supporting base material 11 and a drug storing layer 12 containing the drug and placed on one side of the supporting base material 11, a junction layer 13 placed between the supporting base material 11 and the drug storing layer 12 to join the supporting base material 11 and the drug storing layer 12, a first adhesive agent layer 14 placed on the opposite side of the supporting base material 11 of the drug storing layer 12, and a second adhesive agent layer 15 placed on the adhesive side to the skin of the first adhesive agent layer 14, and a release sheet 17 placed on the adhesive side to the skin of the second adhesive agent layer 15.
