PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorber which can suppress breaking and deformation due to shear stress.SOLUTION: An absorber 3 includes a first absorbent layer 11, an intermediate layer 13, and a second absorbent layer 12. The first absorbent layer includes a first base material 21, a first water-absorbing material 23 including a high water-absorbing polymer, and a first adhesive agent 22/24 for fixing the first water-absorbing material. The second absorbent layer includes a second base material 26, a second water-absorbing material 28 including a high water-absorbing polymer, and a second adhesive agent 27/29 for fixing the second water-absorbing material. The absorber has a bonding region 7 in which the first base material and the intermediate layer are bonded by the first adhesive agent, and the second base material and the intermediate layer are bonded by the second adhesive agent in a thickness direction in a plane view.
