The 1st absorption layer contains the 1st base material 21, the 1st water absorbing material 23 containing a superabsorbent polymer, and the 1st adhesive agent 22/24 which fixes the 1st water absorbing material. The second absorbent layer includes a second base material 26, a second water absorbent material 28 containing a super absorbent polymer, and a second adhesive 27/29 that fixes the second water absorbent material. In the absorber, the first base material and the intermediate layer are the first adhesive agent, and the second base material and the intermediate layer are the second adhesive agent, which are joined to each other in the thickness direction in plan view.
