PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of nanoparticles in which the supporting ability of bioactive substances is improved.SOLUTION: Nanoparticles in which the supporting ability of bioactive substances is improved are produced by mixing with water, a hydrous organic solvent, or an organic solvent so that 0.1-20% by weight of gallate type catechin as a solid content 0.1-20% by weight in total of two kinds of animal proteins consisting of gelatin, collagen or the degradation products thereof, and whey protein or the degradation products thereof as a solid content and 0.1-20% by weight of acid as a solid content are comprised, by separately dissolving a bioactive substance into water, a hydrous organic solvent, or an organic solvent, and mixing the solutions each other and by drying the obtained nanoparticle-containing liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】生理活性物質の担時力を向上させたナノ粒子の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ガレート型カテキンを固形分として0.1重量%~20重量%、ゼラチン、コラーゲンまたはこれらの分解物と、乳清タンパク質またはその分解物とからなる2種の動物性タンパク質を固形分として合計0.1重量%~20重量%、酸を固形分として0.1~20重量%となるように水、含水有機溶媒もしくは有機溶媒に混合し、別に水、含水有機溶媒もしくは有機溶媒に生理活性物質を溶解させ、前記の溶液どうしを混合して得られたナノ粒子含有液を乾燥することで、生理活性物質の担持力を向上させたナノ粒子を製造する。【選択図】なし
