PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and efficient production method of solid nanoparticles having a desired average particle diameter even through a drying step.SOLUTION: Nanoparticles having a desired average particle diameter are produced by mixing three components of: a gallate-type catechin an animal protein being gelatin, collagen or their decomposition products and an acid such that their solid contents are 5 to 20 wt.%, 5 to 20 wt.% as sum total, and 5 to 20 wt.% respectively in water, a water-containing organic solvent or an organic solvent so as to obtain a liquid containing the gallate-type catechin and the animal protein, diluting the obtained mixture with water, the water-containing organic solvent or the organic solvent, and drying the obtained diluted solution.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】乾燥工程を経ても所望の平均粒子径を備える固体状のナノ粒子を効率よく製造できる新たな方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ガレート型カテキンを固形分として5重量%~20重量%、ゼラチン、コラーゲンまたはこれらの分解物の動物性タンパク質を固形分として合計5重量%~20重量%、酸を固形分として5~20重量%となるように水、含水有機溶媒または有機溶媒に前記3成分を混合して、ガレート型カテキン、動物性タンパク質含有液を得、得られた混合液を水、含水有機溶媒または有機溶媒で希釈し、得られた希釈液を乾燥して、所望の平均粒子径を有するナノ粒子を製造する。【選択図】なし
