PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid feed containing a liquefied fermentation residue with a high preservability and capable of effectively utilizing a food fermentation residue, and the use thereof.SOLUTION: The solid feed contains the liquefied fermentation residue. The organic acid content of the solid feed is at least 0.10 eq/kg, and the water activity value (A) is not more than 0.80. Preferably, the food fermentation residue is at least one selected from Shochu lees and a plant fermentation residual liquid containing salt.
