PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion cosmetic for skin capable of reducing sticky feeling peculiar to an oil component after its application, excellent in the durability of moisturizing effect, and also excellent in preservation stability in a wide temperature range.SOLUTION: The emulsion cosmetic for skin contains (A) a silicone-based film-forming agent, (B) mixed fatty acids containing dibasic acids and an oligo-ester of glycerol, (C) a silicone-based surfactant, and (D) a polyhydric alcohol and/or a sugar alcohol.
