PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair shampoo which is good at foaming and good at eliminating foams at the time of rinse, grows the hair thick, and increases volume of the hair after drying.SOLUTION: A hair shampoo contains each component of the following (A)-(D). The amount of C12 free fatty acids and the amount of C14 free fatty acids which are comprised in an anionic surfactant (A) consisting of the following N-mixing fatty-acids (C12, C14) acyl monosodium L-aspartate liquid is respectively in the range of 15.5-19.5 mass% and 8.5-12.5 mass%.
