PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen peroxide-containing composition for a hair-dyeing agent or a hair-bleaching agent, which can improve the touch of hair.
SOLUTION: The hydrogen peroxide-containing composition for the hair-dyeing agent or the hair-bleaching agent is characterized by including (A) hydrogen peroxide, (B) a cationic polymer, and (C) an amphoteric surfactant. The amphoteric surfactant (C) is preferably contained in an amount of 0.5 to 12 mass%.
