PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic which is free from irritancy in its application, shows sufficient moisturizing effect even in small amounts applied, has the moisturizing effect sustainable, and is highly water resistant.SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic includes: (A) a hyaluronic acid propylene glycol ester and (B) a 5C-10C 1,2-alkanediol.
