Generally, cereals, meats, fruits, etc. are used as raw materials for a baby food. Fruits are very important as a source of vitamins and minerals, and highly palatable fresh foods. In addition, other cereals and meats are acidic foods but fruits are alkaline foods to neutralize blood. However, 80-90% of fruits consists of moisture and fruits are lack of storage ability to be difficult to ingest except for a certain period of time. Therefore, it is required to develop processed foods using fruits and it is necessary to develop a baby food for infants. To this end, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a baby food containing apples, comprising the following steps: peeling apples and separating seeds cutting the apples with the thickness of 4 mm, boiling the same in water for five minutes and quenching the same adding starch glue and sugar after grinding adding vitamin C performing vacuum packaging and sterilizing the vacuum packaged apples over 100°C.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017일반적으로 이유식은 곡물류, 육류, 과일류 등이 원료로 사용되는데 특히, 과일은 비타민과 무기질의 공급원으로 대단히 중요하며, 기호성이 높은 신선식품이다 또한 다른 곡류 및 육류가 산성식품인데 반하여 과일은 알칼리 식품으로 혈액을 중성화시키는 역할도 하고 있다. 그러나 과일은 80~90%가 수분으로 저장성이 떨어져 일정한 기간 외에는 섭취가 쉽지 않다. 그러므로 과일을 이용한 가공식품의 개발이 요구되며 유아들을 위한 이유식의 개발이 필요하다고 생각하여 본 발명을 하였다.
