PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that in order to synchronizing the spot-sowing work and spraying work by a planting device in a transplanter, it is necessary to build-in a complex link mechanism, etc., between driving shafts for driving the planting device, and in order to apply it to the transplanter nipping/holding the seedlings at an outer circumference of a rotating nipping/holding disc pair, conveying them to a planting gutter in a field and spot-planting, a wide design change is required and its production cost is increased.SOLUTION: This transplanter includes a starting signal-transmitting means 109 for transmitting the starting signal 107 for starting the spraying by the spraying device 7 to meet with the spot-planting, a stopping signal-transmitting means 110 for transmitting the stopping signal 108 for stopping the spraying and a delivery-regulating means 92 for regulating the driving of a granular material-delivering part 63 based on the starting signal 107 and stopping signal 108 for synchronizing the spot-planting and granular material-spraying.
