PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that in a sower equipped with a sowing device for spot-sowing the seeds and spraying device for spraying granular materials, depending on the state of conveying passage, the falling timings of the seeds and granular materials deviate widely and the granular materials are sprayed at a position leaving from the seeds in the front to rear direction of progress.SOLUTION: This sower comprises a starting signal-transmitting means 109 for transmitting the starting signal for starting the spraying by the spraying device meeting with the spot-sowing, a stop signal-transmitting means 110 for transmitting the stopping signal 108 for stopping the spraying by the spraying device 8, and a delivery-regulating means 92 for regulating the drive of the granular material-delivering part 63 of a fertilizing device 8 based on the starting signal 107 and stopping signal 108 for enabling the synchronization of the spot-sowing of the seeds 16 and spraying of the fertilizer.
