The present invention relates to a device for drying agricultural and marine products, having a new structure to improve energy efficiency. According to the present invention, the device for drying agricultural and marine products comprises: a dry case (A) formed with a dry chamber (11) therein and having an air inlet (12) and an air outlet (13) on the circumference； and a drier (B) connected to the air inlet (12) and the air outlet (13) and supplying air into the dry chamber (11) through the air inlet (12) after removing moisture included in the air discharged through the air outlet (13). The dryer (B) comprises a housing (20) and an air conditioning unit (40). An evaporator (45) is installed in an air path (25). A condenser (43) is installed in the air path (25). Air which is inducted into the air path (25) through an induction port (21) and the air outlet (13) is dehumidified by being cooled while passing through the evaporator (45). After the air is heated while passing through the condenser (43), the air is supplied to the dry chamber (11) of the dry case (A) through a discharge port (22) and the air inlet (12). So, the air dries laver placed in the drying chamber (11).
