PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver manufacturing system capable of stably manufacturing high quality dried laver.SOLUTION: In a laver manufacturing system (S) having a drying chamber (12) for drying manufactured laver raw material by heated air, a heating chamber (13) for supplying the heated air to the drying chamber (12) and a controller (42) for controlling drives of these drying chamber (12) and heating chamber (13), a mobile terminal device (48) and send-receive machine (47) capable of sending and receiving are connected to the controller (42) to enable remote control operation of the controller (42) from the mobile terminal device (48).
