PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver-producing machine that produces dried laver by drying a raw laver pulp by heated air in a drying chamber, in which humidity inside the drying chamber can be maintained satisfactorily.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a laver-producing machine (1) is installed inside a building (2), has a drying chamber (12) which dries raw laver pulp, which are spread into a thin form, by heated air, and a heating chamber (13) which supplies heated air to the drying chamber (12), supplies air taken from air intake parts (22,30) of the heating chamber (13) to the heated drying chamber (12), and exhausts heated air used in drying of the raw laver pulp from an exhaust part (34) of the drying chamber (12). In the laver-producing machine (1), air inflow amount regulating devices (36 to 39) for regulating an inflow amount of air flowing from the exhaust part (34) of the drying chamber (12) into the air intake parts (22,30) of the heating chamber (13) are provided between the exhaust part (34) of the drying chamber (12) and the air intake parts (22,30) of the heating chamber (13), and the air inflow amount regulating devices (36 to 39) are controlled so as to regulate an inflow amount of air corresponding to humidity inside the drying chamber (12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】海苔生地を乾燥室の内部で加熱空気で乾燥させることで乾燥海苔を製造する海苔製造機において、乾燥室の内部の湿度を良好に維持できるようにすること。【解決手段】本発明では、建屋(2)の内部に設置された海苔製造機(1)であって、抄製した海苔生地を加熱空気で乾燥させる乾燥室(12)と、乾燥室(12)に加熱空気を供給する加熱室(13)とを有し、加熱室(13)の吸気部(22,30)から吸気した空気を加熱して乾燥室(12)に供給するとともに、海苔生地の乾燥に使用した加熱空気を乾燥室(12)の排気部(34)から排気する海苔製造機(1)において、乾燥室(12)の排気部(34)と加熱室(13)の吸気部(22,30)との間に乾燥室(12)の排気部(34)から加熱室(13)の吸気部(22,30)へと流入する空気の流入量を規制するための空気流入量規制装置(36~39)を介設し、乾燥室(12)の内部の湿度に応じて空気の流入量を規制するよう空気流入量規制装置(36~39)を制御することにした。【選択図】図3
