The present invention relates to a method for controlling the temperature of a kimchi refrigerator, which allows a forced starting process to be additionally performed depending on the temperature of a loaded object after the completion of an initial forced starting process of a compressor for the kimchi refrigerator. The method for controlling the temperature of a kimchi refrigerator comprises the steps of performing an initial forced starting process of a compressor if a control unit receives the temperature in the kimchi refrigerator and the temperature is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature； determining whether a quick cooling mode approach condition is satisfied after the initial forced starting process； and approaching the quick cooling mode if the condition is satisfied and repeatedly performing an additional forced starting process of the compressor according to a compressor starting interval. Accordingly, the method for controlling the temperature of a kimchi refrigerator can reduce the time required to lower the temperature in the kimchi refrigerator.본 발명은 김치냉장고의 압축기 초기 강제기동이 완료된 이후에 부하물의 온도에 따라 추가로 강제기동을 수행하도록 하는 김치냉장고의 온도 제어 방법에 관한 것으로써, 제어부가 고내온도를 입력받아 상기 고내온도가 설정온도 이상이면 압축기 초기 강제기동을 수행하는 단계； 상기 초기 강제기동 수행 후, 급속 냉각 모드 진입 조건을 만족하는지 판단하는 단계； 및 상기 조건을 만족하면 상기 급속 냉각 모드에 진입하여 압축기 기동 간격에 따라 압축기 추가 강제기동을 반복 수행하는 단계； 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여 고내온도가 하강되는 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다.
