PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means, in particular a urinary ketone body detecting diaper, that is capable of detecting presence or absence of an urinary ketone body which can diagnose dehydration of a child such as a baby or infant or an elderly patient from the outside easily and clearly.SOLUTION: A paper diaper includes: a liquid permeable inner sheet forming a body-side surface a waterproof sheet positioned on a back side thereof an absorber interposed between the two sheets and the urinalysis indicator embedded between the absorber and the waterproof sheet, changing a color by contact with urine, and capable of detecting a urinary ketone body.
