PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colon drug delivery system preparation in which the elution of a medicine from the preparation before it reaches colon can be suppressed and the preparation can be collapsed in colon.SOLUTION: The colon drug delivery system preparation includes a medicine-containing solid body containing a medicine and an additive. The surface of the medicine-containing solid body is coated with a chitosan-containing layer and an enteric substrate-containing layer in this order.
