PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record the execution of patrol while reducing time and effort as further as possible, and to record data as accurately as possible.SOLUTION: A bed sensor 1 is installed for detecting that a person to be monitored lies on each of beds installed in each of rooms in a facility to be patrolled and a patrol registration device 2 is installed in each of the rooms for performing a registering operation when the person to be monitored staying in the room is patrolled. When the registering operation is performed, person-to-be-monitored information of a person to be monitored detected to lie on the bed, among persons to be monitored staying in the room where the patrol registration device 2 is installed, and present date/time information indicating the present date/time are recorded as patrol data in association with each other. Thus, the patrol data are recorded for each room, patrol data are not recorded for the person to be monitored who does not stay in the room, patrol data of the person to be monitored for which a monitoring person can confirm its state are surely included in the recorded patrol data, and patrol data of the person to be monitored for which the monitoring person can not confirm the state are not included.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 巡視が実施されたことをできるだけ手間をかけずに記録するとともに、そのデータをできるだけ正確に記録できる。【解決手段】 巡視すべき施設内の各部屋に設置されている各ベッドに被監視者が着床していることを検出する着床センサ1を設置し、部屋に居る被監視者に対して巡視が実施された際に登録操作を行うための巡視登録装置2を各部屋に設置する。登録操作が行われると、巡視登録装置2が設置されている部屋に居る被監視者のうち、着床を検出している被監視者の被監視者情報と現在日時を示す現在日時情報とを関連付けて巡視データとして記録する。これにより、部屋毎に巡視データが記録され、部屋に居ない被監視者については巡視データが記録されず、記録された巡視データの中に、監視者が状態を確認できた被監視者の巡視データが確実に含まれ、監視者が状態を確認できなかった被監視者の巡視データが含まれなくなる。【選択図】 図1
