PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift device whose operation procedure is easily understandable and which can reduce a transferring time by controlling a bed device so as to be in an attitude suitable for mounting a sling.SOLUTION: The lift device which is connected to the bed device including a bed part, an elevator for lifting up/down the bed part, and a posture control device to control the posture of a cared person by deforming the bed part, in which the cared person mounted with the sling is fixed to a hanger, and in which the hanger is moved to achieve transfer of the cared person, has a controller in which operation buttons are arranged in order according to an operation procedure when a care-giver operates the lift device.
