The invention relates to a cream for cosmetic use and to a process for preparing the same. The claimed cream consists of 20...35% mineral oil for pharmaceutical use, 10...25% cosmetic stearic acid, 2...4% anhydrous lanolin, 2...5% collagen hydrolysate, 1.2...2.5% bee wax, 1.4...4% triethanolamine, 1...3% cetyl alcohol, 0.6...1.2% methyl paraben, 0.2...0.6% vitamins A and E, 0.2% fragrance agent, and up to 100% distilled water, the percentage being expressed by mass. The claimed process consists in preparing the fatty base on a water bath at a temperature of 70...80°C after which the aqueous base is added while stirring, to result in a homogenous mixture which is cooled down to 40°C, vitamins and fragrance agent are added, the product being white, soft and lustrous.Invenţia se referă la o cremă pentru utilizări cosmetice, şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acesteia. Crema conform invenţiei este constituită din 20...35% ulei mineral pentru uz farmaceutic, 10...25% acid stearic cosmetic, 2...4% lanolină anhidră, 2...5% hidrolizat de colagen, 1,2...2,5% ceară de albine, 1,4...4% trietanolamină, 1...3% alcool cetilic, 0,6...1,2% metil paraben, 0,2...0,6% vitaminele A şi E, 0,2% aromatizant, şi până la 100% apă distilată, procentele fiind masice. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în prepararea bazei grase pe baie de apă la o temperatură de 70...80°C, după care se adaugă baza apoasă sub agitare, din care rezultă un amestec omogen care se răceşte până la 40°C, se adaugă vitaminele şi agentul de aromatizare, produsul având o culoare albă şi o consistenţă moale, lucioasă.
