The invention relates to an antimicrobial composition with developer role in photodynamic therapy with low-power laser, in dental medicine. According to the invention, the composition comprises 2...3% gelatin 99.5%, 1...3% glycerin, 0.2...0.5% salicylic acid 99%, 93.5...96.1% distilled water or oxygen-enriched water, up to 10% nanoparticles containing oregano oil and 12...15% nanoparticles containing , as well as up to 0.5% methylene blue, the percentage being expressed by mass.Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie antimicrobiană cu rol de revelator în terapia fotodinamică cu laser de putere joasă din medicina dentară. Compoziţia, conform invenţiei, este constituită în procente masice din 2...3% gelatină 99,5%, 1...3% glicerină, 0,2...0,5% acid salicilic 99%, 93,5...96,1% apă distilată sau apă îmbogăţită în oxigen, până la 10% nanoparticule conţinând ulei de oregano, respectiv 12...15% nanoparticule conţinând curcumină, precum şi până la 0,5% albastru de metilen.
