PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple ophthalmologic apparatus easily to change over between nearsightedness examination and far-sightedness examination of a subject's eye.SOLUTION: An optometer 100 comprises: a target display part 20 (a target display device) that is disposed at a nearsightedness examination position and presents a target to eyes E of a subject; a pair of left-eye/right-eye optometric units 10 that corrects visual functions of the subject's eyes E; and a pair of left-eye/right-eye virtual image optical systems 40 for forming a virtual image i of the target presented by the target display part 20 at a far-sightedness examination position.
